Search Overview

There are several ways of searching for a particular reservation. By default the last year of reservations will load into the list. To see prior reservation from more than a year ago, you can scroll back in time on the occupancy grid to load the previous reservations. As you go back, the list will load prior reservations up the selected dates in the occupancy grid.

Quick Search

Quick Search is the quickest easiest way to find any item such as a reservation. To conduct a search, put focus on the reservation list by clicking on it. Start typing the name of the reservation. If you pause for a few seconds, the list will search for any reservations that begin with the letters you typed. The list will then display the results. For example, if you are looking for a reservation called McNeil, Adam you could type "mc" and all the reservations that start with "mc" will appear.

Search Bar

The search bar is another method for searching which allows you to enter some criteria and do a more complex search. For example, if you knew the reservation you are looking for has a first name of Jim, you could type "jim" into the search box and choose "Like" in the drop down list. Also click the criteria drop down list and choose a column name of ReservationName. Once you have the search criteria entered, click the Do Search button to initiate the search and see the results.

Advanced Search

The Advanced Search is a tool for searching for items that meet multiple criteria. You can create complex queries that return specific results using this tool.
