POS(Point of Sale) Items are general charges that are added to invoices. They typically will be items that are not unit related charges. Examples of POS items include gasoline, dining related charges, t-shirts, bait, and add-on charges. Each POS item must be attached to a Revenue Account , which determines it's sales tax rate.
POS Items are managed in the Configuration Section. A name for the item must be specified along with the price, and a Revenue Account.
