Gift Certificates are managed in the Finance Section. They can be sold to guests to be redeemed at a later date. Go to Finance > Gift Certificates to add, edit, or delete a certificate.
To redeem a gift certificate, open an invoice and click the button to Add a Payment. Choose a Payment Type of gift certficate. All un-expired and valid gift certificates will be available in the drop down list. Choose the correct one to be redeemed and click Save. The amount of the gift certificate will be credited to the customer's invoice.
